Probably Not Worth It For The MSX
Good quality product that will last the lifetime of your ownership of the bike, but only advantage I see is none replacement of filter every service time, but that cost is off set by cleaning & oiling products. Very little different in exhaust note & no noticeable difference in performance. I would say only recommend along with many other performance upgrades to your bike.
