Items that are faulty should be returned to us. Once the item is checked and agreed faulty a refund will be issued including customers return costs. Please, check the item as soon as possible and report it within 14 days from the date of purchase.

If the item is not faulty it will be treated as a cancellation. A restocking charge will be levied of 15% of the total value including vat and delivery. There is no charge for a cancellation if the item has not been dispatched. Goods and their packaging that are the subject of a cancelled order must be returned at the customer expense in merchantable condition. As you would expect all of our products offered for sale are new and unused and consequently we are unable to restock goods that have been used.

Exceptions and conditions:

Unfortunately, opened software cannot be returned in most cases. The cancellation of contracts for the purchase of copyrighted goods i.e. all software, media and sample CD's cannot be accepted if the goods have been opened or unsealed in any way. Certain goods that are ordered to specifically meet customer's requirements are also exempt from these regulations. Internal computer components, such as PCI sound cards, may also not be refundable if they have been inserted in to a computer or the bag seal has been broken. All microphones, any in-ear earphones, or in-ear monitors, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear may not be able to be returned once opened due to health reasons. Special order items may not be returned. Special orders are orders where products are designed to customer's designs of specifications.
