I was x-rayed later, but the damage had been done, my ankle now permanently damaged. I used the gel which helped, but the green gel got everywhere. I discovered the spray online, and find it better . The colourless spray goes where needed, with no waste, and easily reapplied when needed. It works, the chronic pain is dulled, I can walk.
