    Luz is a hidden treasure! She wasn't able to send me the stocking panel as quickly as she thought, so she refunded the shipping fee. Then, before she shipped it to me, she realized the panel had a manufacturer's defect in it. She still sent it to me, with a FULL refund! I received the panel today - it was a very small defect, not hardly noticeable, especially if you weren't looking for it! I tried to pay her for it anyway, but she refused. Good, caring, honest people - that's Luz!
