First impressions were very favourable, the washing machine looked to be in excellent condition, however the first time we used the machine it became obvious why it had been returned and that Currys had not refurbished it properly. As soon as the machine reached it's spin cycle it began banging as though it contained a bag of spanners, not a few towels. It was dead level and on a solid floor so was clearly faulty.
