I am also glad that l chose a chest size of 48 inch as it allows enough room inside so that it is not tight. There are a couple of differences from my old German parka but they can be dealt with quite easily by changing the linings and adding protection inside to protect the shoulders and upper back from severe rain, the lining is capable of keeping the body warm.
