Even the driver remarked that normally this arrives I a box or even on a small pallet. He found it like that in his van so there is no way to find out who dispatched this item so badly! I had a chap coming to install the product so I had to except it, or I would have refused it and let the seller deal with it. I will look at another supplier for anymore of this product! Very disappointed! No Stars!
