Rhinestone transfer arrived scrunched up and gems fallen off and missing. Initially got automated replied, but after Initially leaving negative feedback i got a response and they eventually offered a full refund. Seller has blamed the courier but to be honest the seller needs to hold responsibility as they had folded it up and put a thin plastic bag to send. It would be better to send flat in a card backed envelope to protect.
