The service was excellent, as was the speedy delivery, but I am afraid the packaging left a lot to be desired -I realise it is an awkward item, but to wrap it in a plastic bag, with both ends (where the fitting are!) left exposed, and the brush head left loose inside resulted in the pole being scratched, the fittings scraped and one of the foam handle grips having a chunk taken out of it. At the very least the fittings should be wrapped in cardboard. The item is still serviceable so no loss.

    Good value product

    This is a good value item. Whilst it has a universal hose connector, it wasn’t quite suitable with hozelock and leaked a bit. I replaced the brush hose connector with a hozelock one and it all works perfectly now. Small point but worth a mention. Excellent value product though.

    I have just finished washing the windows. It does a good job and it is very well designed I struggled to reach the top of the upstairs windows and it’s fairly heavy when full of water. It had a leak at the connection which was easily fixed with tape. Overall I’m very happy with it and it’s not very expensive.
