I wanted this to use for forscan with my laptop to data log. It is slower than a cable read speed and sometimes can’t be found so I have to re find it on the laptop. I wouldn’t buy again as I don’t use it with my phone. The HS and MS is automatic so that’s nice instead of flipping the switch with the older style elm

I use it with scan-my-tesla-app and a model S. Easy install, easy to understand. But I loose contact with the device after a while. Than I have to do the install again...boring.. But after some trips you know your car better.
