As per my email earlier today - the item is missing the stirrup set. Awaiting contact from the seller. If that can be resolved, the saddle itself looks good and delivery was quicker than expected.

Buyer only purchased the saddle not the stirrups, she did not read the description carefully and continued to chase me to send the stirrups, despite trying to make her understand that it was not possible without purchase.

Awful seller. Had to pay £10 postage to collect the item as postage wasn't covered. Have been offered a £10 gift voucher as they can't refund me (apparently). It's been nearly 4 weeks and still nothing. I've sent my email 3 times to which every time I get a message I don't have your email address. Useless. Avoid this business!

Postage was fully paid that is why it was accepted by Royal mail but the delivery depot asks for additional postage from receiver, then they can simply refuse to pay. Buyer chose to pay to get the item and then returned it for a refund. Buyer has been provided with a voucher for £10 which she can use on her next purchase.
