Just as described. For the price I thought it would not be as good as it looked online, but it's even better. I'm an advanced sewest and I checked the seams A+. Only harness I trust with my American Staffordshire Terrier. Hes strong like a pitt. The webbing is about as thick as a police belt which is what I wanted. His neck is too thick for a collar and other harnesses are thin with a lot of straps and buckles and weak points. Just make sure the belt it tight enough.
