Well where to begin? This was an extremely disappointing transaction! My purchase was exceptionally late arriving, the seller marked the item as dispatched on Monday 19th July but it wasn't taken to the Post Office until Friday 23rd July - No contact from the seller to advise of a delay, and not posted until AFTER the latest expected delivery date!! I was in two minds whether to leave neutral or negative feedback but as the product itself was as described my overall experience is neutral.

I am really sorry about the delay. We had an Covid Outbreak and could not open the warehouse for few days. This caused delays in getting the items shipped. I apologies for the inconvenience it caused you
