OK vendor, but product is crap. DON'T buy the controller to link to google. DOES NOT WORK. New low for cheap Chinese Crap! Bought 3 and all have own issues but none work! On-line instruction videos make installation look much easier than reality. Also, wireless remotes don't work well at all. Tempermental at best. So now curtains are in and the rods do open and close them, just finding the way to control them easily is the problem.

Thank you for the feedback. The switch and remote works well from other customers' feedbacks and reviews. Installation and assembly is straight forward. It only takes half hour for most installer to assemble it. The curtain track has been in market over decades. Please follow the manual to have it set up properly. Try not to do your own way. You always can contact METechs support team if you have any issue and need help. You will enjoy the products for life long once it is properly installed.

Thank you for the feedback, but it should be in the review instead. However, how can you make or ship a curtain rod up to 240 inches long? It's a more common-sense thing, or you should ask before buying it. It is very easy to put it together. It is not that hard to put together for an average skill DIY.

I got what I ordered, the price was fair, shipping was fast, unfortunately the battery pack would not fit correctly and I had to use a rubber band and a cardboard shim for it to make correct contact. I can put the old battery pack back in the unit and it does work correctly with no shim or rubber band. With that being said I would not buy this product again from this seller.

The battery probbaly fine. Your sweeper battery spring contacts may have become slightly shorter over time, resulting in inadequate contact with the battery. Please use a pair of needle-nose pliers to gently pull the two contact springs upward and test it again. It is always a good idea to ensure that the springs are slightly raised to ensure good contact between the sweeper battery holder, charger, and battery. Good conductivity will promote the long life of the sweeper motor and battery.
