PAYMENT:
 
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. This allows us to send your order to you as quickly as possible.
In cases where items are being collected by arrangement. Then payment must be made by cash on collection.
 
TERMS OF SALE:
Some items may be on sale elsewhere and may be removed from sale at any time, without prior notice!
Some items on sale are brand new, others maybe customer returns, this will be clearly stated on the listing.
They may have been returned for any number of reasons.
- Unwanted gift / undelivered mail order
- Change of mind / not suitable
- Cosmetically marked
- Minor faults after very little use
- Missing Parts
- Packaging damage
Unless otherwise stated on the listing, there is no guarantee of any kind offered or implied on any item listed as a customer return.
All products are electrically checked, tested, cleaned, as part of our quality control system
pre-owned items, such as vintage Hi-Fi & other applicable items are tested to ensure they are in full working order at the time of sale. We do not offer any guarantees on any item and none is implied. In the case of all electrical items, we would always advise to have them serviced yourself for safety sake. It is in your own interests to make sure you do this. As we accept no liability for any situation that may arise from you not doing so.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
All items purchased on a Buy it now basis, are returnable if you change your mind, but must be returned to us within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
Please contact us first and we will be happy to advise how to proceed.
 
Items bought through auction are none returnable unless there is an apparent fault that is not mentioned in the listing.
If an item is faulty, please contact us straight away. And we will do our best to rectify the matter for you. If an item is being returned as faulty we will pay the return postage. So please make sure you do contact us before sending anything back.
Once the item is returned to us. It is then inspected and serial numbers checked against our records, and booked back into our stock. You will be refunded within 4 working days.
Please note We have systems in place to ensure that any item returned, is the actual item that was sent out by us. If an item is returned claiming to be ours when it is not, then the matter will be dealt with by our legal department.
 
Cancellations:
In the past we have agreed to cancel an order, on request from the buyer and refund in full. However due to recent changes in how PAYPAL handle refunds. We are now forced to make a deduction for the fee we are charged on the original transaction. This is because as of April 2020 PAYPAL no longer refund the fee amount back to us. The fee is a small percentage of the order value. eg: The fee on a £19.99 order would be £0.88p
Regretfully we need to make this deduction, as we are asked to cancel orders numerous times a week. We try to keep our prices as competitive as possible, and this extra overhead is simply not built into our price structure.
 
DISPATCH:
On most items if you order and payment is received before 1pm then it will be sent out to you the same day. There will be rare occasions when circumstances arise and same day may not always be possible, but at the very worst it should be dispatched by the next working day. We will always keep you updated if there is going to be any significant delay
We mainly use The Royal Mail to dispatch items. Larger items may be sent by various other couriers which will have a tracking
Smaller Items showing free postage will usually be sent by Royal Mail.
We use a Royal Mail click and drop account; all tracking is automatically uploaded to Ebay. You can check this tracking by going to the relevant transaction and clicking on the “Tracking” link. The tracking info will only update once the item has been delivered.This then serves as our proof of delivery.
 
On chargeable postage, we will always try to combine postage costs whenever possible but due to the weight involved for some items this is not always possible. Customers can always send a message to inquire about this before bidding/buying. We will always try to keep postage and packing prices to a reasonable level.
All our items are very well packaged to arrive with you in the same condition that they left us in.

Unfortunately this transaction went pear shaped but this was nothing to do with the seller, this was the royal mail who managed somehow to lose the package. The seller however sent me a replacement along with a complimentary gift for the delay in the item arriving now you cannot ask for better than that I would recommend this seller to anyone first class and highly recommended.
