Avoid at all costs. I was sent a NOT brand new / used lilac body pillow instead of a dark grey draught excluder as advertised and described. Spent 3 days trying to sort a return & had to pay to post it back. EBay said the seller is at fault and should refund. Left with an item I cannot use & out of pocket.
