    The photos and illustrations in it are wonderful.

    The photos and illustrations in it are wonderful. I bought it for my Mom as a birthday present. She is 94 y/o and has advanced dementia and is in a wheelchair. I am with her every afternoon for several hours. She grew and nurtured roses for over 60 years until she was no longer physically or mentally able to do so. And with her dementia that is one of the memories that still remains. I was hoping, even though she will not be able to read the contents, that the photos will something she will enjoy. This book is something that she and I will share and discuss as I read it to her and we discuss the photos, the colors, the beauty, etc. Thank you.
