If you are new to ESP32 CAM getting started needs some extra info. not provided by the seller. The chip has no ID so when you try to use Arduino IDE you'll need this: - select board "AI Thinker ESP32-CAM" - find and load sketch CameraWebServer (I downloaded from internet). - In the sketch select the #define CAMERA_MODEL_AI_THINKER, remark out other options. - Add your ssid and pwd. - Now upload to the ESP32. - open Tools Serial monitor in IDE to get IP address. Board does work....eventually!

Once you gett it to work you'll be surprised with Garbage performance and question in ur head "why I purchased it, what's the purpose of it?". Stream is slideshow and stutters. Cheapest web cam would performe better as it at least would be smooth with garbage pucture quality. It hits the score of RPI ecosystem where the only thing is delivered is promise not a performance. You get camera it works you see it's performance and you place it in to bin.
