    It makes me feel Im nourishing my body to the max

    Ive been using complan now for many years as supplement for the necessary vitamins and minerals one need s daily -I sprinkle as suggested on various small meals that I can stir the powder into--- or i add an mix to ice cream or make a drink --all in all one can add to anyhing at all -so a great product and a good price and delivery from this company-- thank you --Gerald

    A boost when you’re not well!

    I could hardly eat anything for weeks and lost two stone in weight but Complan has brought my appetite back and already have gained one stone so that’s how good it is and I will always keep a couple in the cupboard from now on, great stuff!!

    Liquid Food!

    I was ill and could hardly eat anything for months and lost two stone in weight at 74 yrs old and thought I would die but suddenly remembered about Complan I couldn’t get to the shops and no one to go for me so ordered some off eBay which came next day. After having just two helpings I started to get my appetite back and just seven days later am on the road to recovery! Thank you Complan!!

    A great pick me up

    A great pick me up if you’re getting over flu, a cold or skipping a meal. It’s full of goodness (maybe a bit high in sugar) and use the original flavour. The taste is quite pleasant too.
