    This is my first try of the Best Naturals Bromelain. I have a little bit of trouble swallowing the large tablets, but I always have issues with large tablets/pills.     bromelain is wonderful

    I haven't opened this yet but I am a firm believer in bromelain. I take it for sinuses at nighttime. keeps me from getting a sinus headache in the morning. I also give it to my rottweiler for her digestion. no more upset tummy for her. great stuff
