Straws didn’t come as pictured, factory sealed. Instead, they were in a bubble wrap packet meaning they had been handled before being shipped. Not particularly hygienic so I messaged the seller - they didn’t provide a response message, but did immediately issue a full refund. Gave them to a local kids club for crafts, so not gone to waste. Thank you for resolving the issue.

Seller not helpful at all. I got the starter kit plus a refill pack. The starter kit comes with the mop plus 4 dry and 4 wet, it is mentioned on the description and on the actual packaging of the mop. My mop was missing the 4 wet and the seller keeps saying that the package that I got with with just the refill. Not happy about the seller or their service how they try to solve the problem by not solving it. They not sending the wipes that are missing or offering a discount.
