Terms and Conditions of sell
1. Garage is the property of Secure-Sheds until fully paid.
2. Full balance payment should be cleared on delivery prior installation. Latest point to receive full balance
payment is straight after offloading of goods and no later. Balance can be cleared in cash, by Bank Transfer or
by using PayPal (3.4% Fee applies).
3. If unexpected circumstances occurs ex. van breakdown or rain conditions is forecasted on the day of
building installation, Secure-Sheds reserves the rights to postpone assembly date by 7-14 days.
4. Building base have to be levelled and hard enough to support metal structure purchased. If base is not
level or soft/moving in any way the building my after run out of shape or even being assembled not in
appropriate way. Company (Secure-Sheds) take no responsibility for any misalignment or the shed movement
erected after installation that occurred on not levelled or soft/moving base or ground.
5. Secure-Sheds warrants all labour performed and material installed at the customer address specified, in
accordance with the summary or contracts, drawings, specifications alterations and additions; and provides
with 1 year seller warranty for any issue not fault caused by the buyer but fault of the manufacturer or seller.
6. 20 years no-rust manufacturer warranty is provided for the tin plate sheets when maintained correctly.
7. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, and/or product abuse.
8. Under this warranty, Secure-Sheds will provide the opportunity to have one of its representatives assess
any damage identified to be caused by Secure-Sheds employees, delivery/installation team or the
manufacturer. If said damage is judged to be the fault of Secure-Sheds workmanship and/or material, Secure-
Sheds will at no cost repair or replace defective material within 60-90 days from evidence received.
9.Please note that some of the shed elements may be sharp or can cause incident that Secure-Sheds take no
responsibility for.
10. Product is not recommended to be used without full knowledge and awareness of the hazards regarding
product.
11. By Signing Invoice, customer confirms that is wanting to be using a building at is own risk and is fully
aware of all Health and Safety that applies to that.
12. Items collected or just delivered for self assembly are checked by customers on the collection/delivery for
any damage and have to be notified immediately. Otherwise no damage complaint will be accepted.
13. When customer buys a building for own assembly, no incorrect installation or modification can be
reported as a fault of the product sold by Secure-Sheds to our company.
14. Planning permission is sometimes required for buildings sold by Secure-Sheds. This is Always a buyer
responsibility to contact they local Council Building Control Department and obtain required permission or
licence if the one is needed. Secure-Sheds take NO responsibility for any buildings sold and installed without
complete documentation required from local Building Control Office. Obtaining permit is always a customer
responsibility.
15. Installing building and drilling into the structure will leave small metal pieces and residue on the metal
roof, clear "Sky View" roof or other surfaces including surrounding areas that may be visible after some time
after installation. Secure-Sheds will clean as many of these as possible after installation however some of
those will stay and will not be removed. That may end up in building roof, structure or surrounding area being
spotted with rusty residue which is completely natural occurrence and cannot be eliminated. Secure-Sheds
takes no responsibility for it as this type of residue is natural to this type of metal building installation.
16. On completion of the building installation customer shall inspect & sign Invoice. Signing Invoice is equal to
customer acceptance of the building installation and confirming 100% satisfaction with service received.
