    Year long pack. Can't go wrong.

    Have to take Vitamin D because of deficiency. Good to get fair deal for them, being as I need them for life. So long as it contains the correct amount, they're all the same, so just buy cheapest. Don't be fooled buy a so called brand, it makes no difference apart from emptying your pocket. Take too much and you just wee it out, so no benefit in taking more vitamins than you need. 360 tablets in these. for one a day whole year!

    I've only just started using this brand, so I can't tell if they are as good as my previous brand, but I like the pouch rather than a bottle as it fits in a smalle space. Tablets are easy to swallow.

    My indoor sunshine.

    Compared with some other brands, this on I find the best. With what the world is going through now, it’s all the more important to have this, as being indoors more we are not getting the outdoor suns benefits. I take D3 for the immunity benefit and don’t seem to get colds.
