Any supplied cables must not be cut, stripped back , adjusted, modified or damaged in any way this will invalidate any warranty from the onset. All cables are checked thoroughly before postage to ensure they operate to correct voltage and temperature. If in doubt ASK.

Dash cams are designed to only hold charge for date and time keeping and as such will not run without connection to 12v power from vehicle.

Please check if your vehicles 12v is permanent meaning always on regardless of vehicle being on. This is common on some German vehicles and can lead to the battery being drained when Dash Cam is connected. This is going to be the issue regardless of where you buy your Dash Cam from. Solution to this is Hardwire kit.

All returns must be in original packaging and free from damage. In the same condition as sent to you. For this reason we recommend you hold onto any boxes/packaging.

As much as we aim to post and get items out to you as fast as possible, once parcel has left our premises we rely solely on our Courier to get the item to you. If item takes longer we will escalate with RM as per their policy.
