This item was shipped 2 days after ordering and is exactly as described. I've used this needle ball before, to help manage trigger finger. It's one of the only non-pharmaceutical remedies that actually provides relief and more movement. It's made in Ukraine, and I was somewhat hesitant to order, thinking about shipping delays. That was not at all the case. The only negative about this order is that the box which holds the ball arrived crushed and dented, as the packging was a paper mailer.
