Sent back for refund because i thought the item was incorrect. The seller pointed out that the packaging was random and did not indicate the contents. With hindsight i should have kept the items as they would have probably been alright. Apologies to seller for the confusion and admin hassle.

The delivery driver didn't get a reply so took to a local Post Office. He left no note indicating what he'd done. I had to chase up several days later and try to locate the right Post Office ( could have been one of 3 )...a strange way of delivery! Anyway I now have the bed and it's nice and sturdy...a good product. Thank you.

The problem was your address….the driver could not find it so he then couldnt leave a card to say it was at your post office.
