This is absolutely not the case at all - we asked for images of the issues so we could offer a resolution and you refused to send them so we were unable to assist as we had no idea of the issue. We also advised you how to assemble the u clips as asked.

To be clear I purchased the double divan base with drawers and headboard WITHOUT mattress. I was slightly apprehensive but, apart from one aborted delivery attempt (extreme weather conditions)which I mention because I was contacted immediately and a further delivery attempt was arranged successfully and with impeccable service.
The items were well packaged. Very pleased with quality and build.
