    I first brought these vit D last year, I was advised to use them because my body does not retain vitamin D3. They are good quality capsules easy to use and digest. I have just purchased these again for this year,the fact that they are 365 pills is great and the price is very reasonable I would definitely recommend them

    An easy way of supporting your daily intake of D3.

    I received my package on time. The hard plastic container keeps out any ulra-light. Suggest you decant into smaller container with cotton wool inside to stop the rascals escaping all over the floor. They are quite small and round and bounce a bit. An excellent way to support you daily intake of D3. at a good price. With regards to the effects...I cannot see anything but assume they are working behind the scene?

    Vitamin D3

    This is the 2nd purchase of these vitamins. Excellent value for money. Both my partner and I take them every night. Over Christmas I should have caught Covid but miraculously didn't. Is it because of D3 - can't say. It could have been my effective sanitising!!! Anyway, I am grateful and will keep taking them. Many thanks

    Ineffective

    I have been taking Vit D for a long time so I know when my body is reacting to it as expected. These don't work very well and I have to take about twice as much as usual to feel the effects. They are well packaged though and the ingredients in the soft gels are satisfactory. Just make sure that you consume them at the same time as a fatty meal or a tablespoon of olive oil.

    Friends recommendation...certainly good value.

    Early days to say too much, but it's the IU I wanted and the value was good. It appears to be good quality, but as with any supplements, you usually need 3 months to feel the full benefit. This was recommended by a friend though, hence why I decided to try it for myself.
