I received the Samsung tablet but I can't use it. The internet won't work, the play store won't work so I can't download any apps like netflix which was my reason for buying it. I am so upset and hurt because £40 is alot of money to me as a single mother. I wanted to treat myself for Christmas and am now left with a broken tablet and out of pocket.

On arrival it looked a bit scruffy and the screen had marks on it but a quick rub over with an alcohol wipe and it looks like new. Free P&P and very well packed. This is the second tablet I've bought from these sellers and on both occasions the tablets were much better than described. I will have no hesitation in buying from this seller in future. I think that they 'under describe' the condition of things so buyers are pleasantly surprised with their purchase.
