Stove arrived on time but was found to have a small dent in the side of one of the outer panels. It did not affect the working of the heater. I contacted the seller who immediately offered a refund of 10% which I readily accepted. I have no doubt that the seller would have exchanged the unit had I pushed for it. Their reaction to being told there was a problem was excellent and the refund arrived pretty quick too. All in all a great piece of kit at a decent price and first class customer service

Delivery was 7 days from Italy to Northern Ireland, pleased. Item was as described in the listing. The cost shown in listing including the postage charges did not include VAT. This was added at 22% Italian rate, which is quite an uplift on the stated price. Arrived in substantial box on a pallet. Assembly was assisted by you tube video and very good instructions. The Briggs & Stratton engine once filled with oil and petrol started first pull, vg.
