the fabric has a very visible colour difference at the top of the fabric, either sun fading or the ink has run out during printing. I've messaged the seller twice and no response to either message.

The buyer sent me a few messages within a few hours, and straight away, posted the negative review. I had no time to reply, my company is small , and there is no team of people working on messages on packing etc.. It is sad that the buyer was so impatient, I always want to find a solution to problems.

The picture was not clear enough to see if the item was exactly what you needed. I ordered two lengths of cord which arrived together in one package and when I realised it was no good for my project I sent them both back together in the package they'd arrived in. I only received a refund for one of the items and when I contacted the seller about it I was told I should have sent them back individually, I am now therefore unable to be reimbursed for the second item. Confusing and disappointing.
