No issues with item or supplier at all but the Parcel Force delivery service used is poor. Other currier’s will drop off parcels in a safe place/parcel box that don’t require a customer signature if out. Parcel force leave a card & take parcel to local post office requiring ID for collection. Post office initially denied parcel was there requiring a second visit.
