A large order may arrive on a pallet and this is a kerbside delivery only.

Reported the issue with supporting photographs and returned by post. My account was credited with the purchasing price with no issues or quibbles. Despite the item had to be returned, I was happy with the buying process and with the returns procedure. I would be happy doing business with this vendor again.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Absolutely dreadful company!!! I ordered an item that I was told could be run off batteries or power mains.when the item arrives it’s the wrong item in the box and it only runs off batteries.i messaged them twice and both times have been ignored.very very bad service!!!
