I was disappointed that instead of my package I received a card from Royal Mail saying that I needed to pay £1.50, as a package they wanted to deliver was underpaid. I drove to my Royal Mail parcel depot to find that it was closed on Mondays. I repeated the journey on Tuesday and paid the £1.50. My package was posted as 2nd Class 'Large Letter' 100g. This had a yellow sticker attached which read 'Fee to pay' £1.50 Item underpaid. Positive feedback left , but I hope this doesn't happen to others.
