Unfortunately what I was sent was nothing like the quality shown in photo used for selling purposes. There was no wood going up the glass vase & the molten glass had very little shape to it. Kept it because it was a gift which needed to be given over the weekend. Wendy did kindly send me 2 photos of 2 when requested before purchasing but unfortunately item was sent before I receive photos. Very disappointed as it was so different from the selling photo. Not good quality & very bland .

we did extra photos to you which is not our normal practice and did everything we could, we had advised each item is different as the item is hand made, so will not be exactly the same as photo in our listing, despite extra photos and and piece being sent you were still disappointed, so we advised to return using free returns to be fully refunded, so not sure what else we could do and then we are left negative feedback which is disappointing.

    Nice but variable quality.

    It's a nice piece but the top of the wood is scorched and blackened from manafacture, i presume. Also the glass bowl has a number of scuff marks and scratches. It's still going to be used and it looks great but quality is variable it seems.

    Really lovely

    This item is really lovely and unusual - the glass bowl fitted perfectly and it has become a little conversation piece- everyone wants to lift the bowl and see how it slots back in place ! I would most definitely recommend this item and it is also perfect as an unusual gift.
