Seem genuine but...1. They are USED, 2. They are pwm fans and the particular fan model ordered has never been pwm (4x fan terminal connections at hub covered in flux, pcb labelled +GCS), 3. These are rebadged and not original stickers, 4. The inner mechanicals are rusty. 5. The locked rotor signal should be equal to or 1v lower than the inputted voltage (pulsed) but these follow a 5v=2-3v and 12v 4-9v signal LR voltage (pulsed)(locked rotor LR). Will not buy again and will avoid where possible.
