Please read the below terms and conditions which apply to all XS-Clearance customers:
Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the our account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.
We accept secure payments over the telephone by calling 0845 3016824 - Lines are open Mon-Fri from 8am until 4pm.
 
Stock
All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
 
Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.
 
Returns policy details:
All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.
All our items are listed with a full description of the fault and it is your responsibility to fully read the listing.
In the event of a product fault, please check the manufacturer's operating instructions and items such as the plug and batteries before contacting our Customer Services Department. At this time please make sure you have your invoice with details of your date of purchase and details of the product fault before calling.
Important Note: The guarantee specifically does not include faults caused by accident, poor maintenance or misuse. If an item is returned without fault or is out of the period of the manufacturers guarantee all products will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
If you need to make a return, you must contact us first so that we can arrange for the item to be collected. Items not returned via our returns process will not be authorised or credited or replaced.
Please return item in its’ original box & packaging. If you no longer have these you must return the item in a suitable strong box and packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. If we do receive the item back damaged due to unsuitable packaging or lack of, NO credit/refund or replacement will be offered. Even if the item was faulty.
If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

    Great little Steam Cleaner

    Really is a good Steam Cleaner. Takes about 10-12 minutes to get up to temperature but lasts long enough to get a large area clean. There is a newer more powerful 2kw ‘black’ model but this is 1.5kw & still works well.

    Floor too wet

    When using the Ewbank I was expecting great steam power and I am disappointed that it wets the floor too much..Not just steam but excessive water comes out and saturated the laminate floor

    An excellent product.

    It cleans carpets well with steam. It’s much better than cleaning machines, which use cleaning products containing perfume and other ingredients. The carpet doesn’t smell as it is drying. The only problem is that every now and then during cleaning you have to wait for several seconds while the steam pressure builds up to the required level before you can continue cleaning.

    A useful tool to have at home

    Im glad I bought this cleaner. It's 1.5 litre capacity gives it a big advantage over many models. It has successfully lifted shoe sole marks from a white carpet. Dont put the cleaning cloths straight into the washing machine. Rinse them thoroughly beforehand or you may find the washing machine filter gets blocked.
