Control plus more distance.
I was a little skeptical at first about trying these shafts out on my clubs. After a little research and reading some facts about them, I changed my mind and I took the plunge. Man was I impressed the first time hitting my irons with the r300 dynalite gold shafts. The feel is phenomenal, very responsive tip action and not too whippy that I feel gives me greater control of my shots. Oh, almost forgot, I could not believe the effortless higher ball flight, it's crazy high in my 6 and 7 irons compared to the stiff shafts I had. Every iron from 3 thru lob wedge has this effect it's awesome and I'm loving it. No bad vibrations even on the occasional errant shot, these shafts are worth a try for anyone at any level of the game you are in. I'm glad I got me some and you should too. True Temper Quality
The Dynalite Gold XP R300 tapered iron shafts promote much higher golf ball flight than the traditional/heavier Dynamic Gold R300. Good feeling to know you for sure you have Dynamic Gold quality, but in a lighter, more senior type shaft.

softer feel, great control
The Dynalite gold shafts provide a softer feel and great control for me While also providing good feedback and a lot less vibration and shock from contact than my original True Temper XP 115 shafts. I have arthritis and the shock dampening is a must. They hit the ball slightly higher.

Perfect weight for better performance
They work so well in my custom made iron set that I had them installed in my other set. Increased my distance and control. I'm in my sixties and they have helped me gain some valuable yardage. Great shafts for those of us who have lost distance as we have gotten older.

Great shaft.
The shaft isn't soft, unlike what its designation may indicate as an R300. It gives the ball a very precise piercing flight just a little higher than the standard R 300 and doesn't feel too soft at all. I've used S300 shafts for over 20 years and the XP R300 by comparison doesn't feel much softer.
