If you have received the towbar and have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item then within 60 days of receipt you must inform us (by phone, email, eBay or post) that you wish to return it for a refund (This refund includes the original delivery charge (if any) at our standard or economy delivery rate). You can either return it to us yourself (at your cost) or we can arrange (at your cost) for our courier to collect it from you. You can open the packaging and inspect the items but you do have to take reasonable care of the items. If the item has been fitted or items not returned then we may charge you for these.

Arrived on time, looks ok fits plug and socket fine but not tested, here's why. I have just purchased a Citroen C5 Aircross with LED lighting system, but the hand book states DO NOT use with a trailer with LED lights !! Hope this may help anybody that has problems and then blames the plug. Now got to get my old trailer board off my son to try things. Many Thanks

Perfect fit
Just bought a used 2020 e class Mercedes’ and it all ready had a tow bar fitted. Went to connect the trailer up and couldn’t connect the lights. Bought this and it plugged straight in. It goes in between the car plug and trailer plug. But stays on the car. Perfect just the job.
