The item was sold dirty and with trash inside. Supposedly it was only used once, but that is surely not true, due to the dirt inside of the vacuum cleaner. Secondly, the item wasn’t sold with all the pieces a new one has. The details were in Italian and that information wasn’t clear for me; so when I asked the seller about the missing piece, he told me I should buy it. Bad experience.

The item was used only once as described. The object in the photo was also dusty because it said that I was selling it to make room in the warehouse. Please reread the description of the item you purchased and received as shown in the photo. In fact, I also sent you additional accessories even if they were not shown in the photo and description.
