Messaged Thursday afternoon to check delivery details , quick response saying use dhl will dispatch Friday and will get Monday . Ordered Thursday evening came Monday morning (I selected collect from Sainsbury’s/argos) .

Well known brand delivered quickly in very well packed parcel. Unfortunately one of the three items in the parcel was not working properly. This was a fault of the manufacturer & not the vendor. After brief email conversation with the vendor a 1/3 refund was paid through eBay & PayPal within 1 hour of having pointed the problem out to the vendor. One cannot expect a better service.

Great ebayer with a great price. Postage was quick but Unfortunately your delivery company was disappointing. Said it was delivered, but Today it was tipping down and I found it outside soaking wet and behind my shrub that’s not bloomed yet so it’s see through!! Luckily it was still there when I got home but as I said. Soaking wet!! Not your fault at all Haven’t used it yet but I can’t see it being an issue, would recommend you for sure. Thanks
