    Absolutely useless

    I have tried a few methods to clean my iron soleplate without success. When I saw these advertised I held out great hope but when they arrived they were very small and flimsy and didn't even begin to clean the soleplate. A complete waste of money. Total disappointment - I chucked the second pack I ordered.

    Didn't really do much, could have achieved the same result with a sponge and fairy liquid! Didn't remove the marks on the plate from ironing dark items, won't purchase again, all a bit pointless really

    Not very effective

    These cleaning pads just haven't done the job on my iron! I can see that some of the residue has come off but it's incredibly slow and I can't really see what these pads are doing which an ordinary scourer wouldn't do. I was hoping for something which contained a substance which softened the residue to make it easier to remove it

    Didn’t work

    Am afraid this has done little to clean the sole plate of my iron. Could be because the main mark is an old one. I will keep though to try on a new iron in the future.

    Just doesn’t work.

    I might as well have just used a j cloth and lots of elbow grease. It’s just 3 prices of cloth with tiny bobbles on that I presume are supposed to get the black marks off my iron. It doesn’t budge a thing .
