didnt recieve item as said it would be here, contacted seller to find out why he said he took it to post office and would find out why it didnt ship. i asked him to keep me posted he said a flat out NO,so i contacted ebay to start a money back refund. everytime i went to check the item at the post office said still waiting for item to be dropped off . then it said another date to be shipped then again the date changed to a different date. i got ebay envoled and low and behold it got shipped.

Against popular belief, it works great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a must if you want a 120 GB hard drive and only have a 20 GB drive! Don't listen to what warnings say you'll lose your data, the transfer went smooth! Here is the only thing that kept it from a perfect 5/5! If you 120 GB hard drive is USED, it will recover very old files on that hard drive, even if they have been deleted. For some reason, after it was done, I found a bunch of incomplete demos I never had and a bunch of videos I had deleted off of the pre-owned hard drive! If its brand new it should be no problemo! Also, dont panic if it says some files got corrupted. It is those files being partially recovered after being deleted is the reason why you get that message. Be careful. This is not the hard drive transfer kit.
If your looking for the hard drive transfer kit this is NOT it. I'm a pretty savvy Ebay user and when I found this auction skimmed through it. My Fault for not reading it thoroughly. This is pretty much useless. First it will only take information from your memory card IT WILL NOT ATTACH TO YOUR HARD DRIVE! Then it takes a lot of space on your computer to store just a little bit of information. I upgraded hard drives and wanted a transfer of all of my game sames. This kit will not help with that task. Wouldn't work 4 me, ended up transf. mem. on mem. card
PRO's: -It was easy/fast to install. CON's: - I couldn’t get it to backup the memory on my memory card, it kept saying some error when I hit the back up button so I wasn’t even able to use this item. That wasn’t the sellers fault though. I don’t really know what went wrong. - I found out that I didn’t actually need this item; in the end I just transferred all my Xbox’s memory slowly from 1 hard drive to the other w/ my memory card.PRO's: -It was easy/fast to install. CON's: - I couldn’t get it to backup the memory on my memory card, it kept saying some error when I hit the back up button so I wasn’t even able to use this item. That wasn’t the sellers fault though. I don’t really know what went wrong. - I found out that I didn’t actually need this item; in the end I just transferred all my Xbox’s memory slowly from 1 hard drive to the other w/ my memory card.

This device is perfect for creating backups or sharing game saves, profiles, pictures and themes! It allows you to transfer all of the above to your PC as well, making editing saves much easier and more convenient than ever. If you're into Save sharing and/or editing, or just want to back up your saves, this product is for you! The only down side is that the Software and Drives which come with aren't very good whatsoever, and getting the proper drives and installing them can be a bit of a challenge.This device is perfect for creating backups or sharing game saves, profiles, pictures and themes! It allows you to transfer all of the above to your PC as well, making editing saves much easier and more convenient than ever. Great item and easy to use
Item was good....worked quickly and transfered all the data. Just put the CD in the Xbox and connect the hard drive, the program runs and transfers the data. So easy a cavement can do it.
