It does though have a fundamental fault in that the entire phone freezes, can't be rebooted, once it freezes it is non-usable. The seller has a returns accepted, but it's not prepaid and impossible to return. There is no eBay money back guarantee with this phone. The seller refunded to me £24, and advised I could keep the phone!!!
