All products are sold by the description set out by their manufacturer and/or importer.
 
Ordering
While we intend to fulfil all orders, we reserve the right at any time to refuse orders, cancel any incomplete orders and suspend delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery
The Buyer will notify a single address for delivery.
The Buyer shall inspect the goods on delivery and inform Powerdrive Computers of any defects or shortages within 24 hours.
 
Returns/Warranty
Any returned items will be fully examined for manufacturing defects, should the items show evidence of misuse then no credit can be issued.
 
To return an item purchased from Powerdrive Computers please ensure:
A) A case is raised through eBay Resolution Centre.
B) The product is returned to Powerdrive Computers with evidence of the purchase date and invoice number.
C) The product has not been misused or handled carelessly.
D) All damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
E) Repairs have not been attempted by customer
F) The product is certified by the Company as being defective.
G) The Buyer will pay shipping costs for return.
 
This guarantee does not confer any other rights other than those expressly set out in above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage. This guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights.
