    AVOID THIS SELLER. Candies arrived damaged in transit because seller did not package them properly. Then seller refused full refund - only offered partial refund and seller also tried to deny that candies were damaged because they failed to package them properly.

    We did everything we could to satisfy this buyer. We have always used padded envelopes with no damage, however unfortunately this one time, some of the sweets were damaged. We emailed the buyer and offered a full refund if she returned the item. The buyer decided to keep the product and accept a partial refund, yet she still posted a nasty comment. We are disappointed that she felt she needed to post such a comment. Please read our other feedback comments.
