Thanks seller. Echo Show 5 arrived swiftly, very well packaged and is pretty much as described. The eBay listing said that the device is "faulty" - it's not actually faulty though, rather it's been blacklisted by Amazon. Amazon will unlock it for a fee (£40+) so I won't be doing it, however in terms of the physical hardware it seems to be mint and will therefore be good for spares which is how it was advertised and why I bought it.
