Bonjour, non, nous ne remboursons pas une commande que vous ne nous avez pas renvoyée. Vous dites nous avoir renvoyé il y a 2 semaines, mais nous n'avons rien reçu et vous n'apportez aucun numéro de suivi ou preuve de livraison. C'est trop facile. Nous ne remboursons pas les clients sur leur simple parole. Un remboursement se fait une fois le produit réceptionné en retour. Ca devient véritablement pénible de devoir se justifier en permanence alors que nous sommes irréprochables. A bon entendeur
