Charger doesn't plug in just sort of connects and then falls out also get notification that the device isn't supported and to check the charger and head phone side doesn't work when i opened the package the device fell out and then so did the sealed bag it was suppose to come it absolutely zero protection for it as well other than the paper work all in all save you money as this device doesn't work oh and delivery time is shocking!
