Yes, For your M9A3 w/ SBAL-PL...
Let me just say I was searching everywhere for a holster for my M9A3 w/ a Steiner SBAL-PL. The ONLY Mil Spec Laser / Light to have... I myself would have liked to find a review like this. Hence posting this one... Instead I did research, and took a chance on this Holster. Well it is PERFECT! Kinda... My exact model Beretta is a M9A3 in Green, Model :: J92M9A3GM2, Threaded Barrel. The fit is fine. The Level 2 "Loop" is tight, Hence I think the length of the Threaded Barrel... Don't let this hold you back.! I did a little mod and all is well. Once again, Holster fit is fine. The Top Loop is tight with a Threaded Barrel... But your M9A3 with the SERIOUS SBAL-PL WILL FIT FINE. In fact should work fine for any M9A3 with a Laser / Light on the lower rail..Hope this helps a person... What ... Good buy imo.
The hoslter was in great shape with minor blemishes here and there but that's what you're gonna get with this type of thing. It's a bit massive which can be cool depending on who you are. My only gripe is it doesn't fit my 92x as tightly as I'd like but that'd probably change with a different light installed. Nonetheless it holds fine and at half the price of a safariland holster new it's probably worth it for most people. Great holster for what it is had to sand down the Internal rails a tad for a smoother fit for my beretta model 92 A1 other then that I would Highly recommend this holster to anybody who needs one for their Beretta 92/96 A1 , M9 A1 ,92 G Elite ,Wilson combat brigadier tactical model 92 Centurions with rails .Also might work with the TB models as well like the M9 A3 but can’t confirm it .

High quality holster
The holster arrived in excellent condition. Doesn't seem like it was used too much or if any at all. Fits a Beretta 92A1 perfectly, with or without a Streamlight TLR-1HL attached to it. It's a good deal considering they go for over $200 new.
